We’re hiring two multi-talented humans who can switch seamlessly between inbox mastery and leading unforgettable, wellness-forward experiences in the mountains of Western NC.
If you’re the type who feels just as comfortable organizing a Google Drive folder as you do guiding a group through sun salutations on a mountaintop, you just might be our new hybrid yoga + admin assistant, and well... we can’t wait to meet you.
About Us:
Asheville Wellness Tours provides unique, fun mini-wellness-retreats in Asheville (think Yoga Hikes, Forest Bathing, Goat Yoga, and more!). We’re a professional, guest-centered small business dedicated to connecting people. We operate in a thoughtful, startup-style environment where roles evolve intentionally.
About You:
You’ll thrive here if you...
- Light up at the little things. You find insane joy in details like color-coding a spreadsheet, dialing in a process, or making sure a guest’s experience flows seamlessly.
- Love the mission and the movement. You feel genuine excitement for helping people connect with nature, wellness, and Asheville, and you enjoy the natural ebb and flow of a seasonal, experience-based business.
- Are a warm, clear communicator who can hold space with kindness and hold boundaries with confidence.
- Teach yoga with heart. You’re grounded, welcoming, playful, and skilled at modifying for every body and ability.
- Think spreadsheets can be sexy. You love a good system and the satisfaction of seeing your organization ripple outward to support the whole team.
- Make confident, thoughtful decisions. And know when to ask questions or call for backup.
- See what needs doing and jump in. You’re not shy about offering ideas and you love being part of a collaborative, solution-oriented team.
- Bring humor, flexibility, and resilience when the weather changes, the plan shifts, or the unexpected shows up (because it will).

There is autonomy, spaciousness, and flexibility, but the work and schedule are dictated by the bookings. If remote work and a variable schedule don’t genuinely excite you, trust that instinct.
