Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 bonus after 6 months with performance review

Position Summary

As a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our production process. Under the supervision of the Production Manager, you’ll assist with equipment operation, material handling, and quality control tasks to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate or assist with the Pathfinder automated cutting machine
• Help set up and run various manufacturing equipment
• Pull and measure fabrics and materials to specified lengths
• Operate cold/hot knife cutting tools
• Transport materials between production workstations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and optimize workflow

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks with a full range of motion
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliability and punctuality

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with industrial sewing or textile equipment
• Forklift or pallet jack experience
