Camp Director

Talisman Summer Camp provides young people with learning differences exceptional opportunities to increase self-confidence, independence, motivation, and social competence in a safe and nurturing environment. The camp director provides leadership and oversight of all aspects of the summer camp program, including staff, programming, logistics and parent communication.  The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with people with autism, solid supervisory experience and enthusiasm for the spirit of summer camp.  The camp director must be a dynamic leader and team player with great judgment, strong analytical skills, creative thinking, exceptional customer service and a passion for excellence.  The position is year-round, with 24-hour on-campus responsibilities in the summer.  Benefits include competitive salary; health and dental insurance generous time off and a bonus plan, as well as housing during the summer.
